Service Description

Phoenix Football Consulting provides professional player representation and career management for a limited number of selected athletes. This service is not publicly bookable. Players are identified through scouting, performance observation, referrals, or participation in Phoenix programs and international camps. Selected players may receive: • Career and pathway planning • Club placement guidance • Exposure opportunities • Ongoing performance monitoring • Professional representation support • Contract and progression guidance • International opportunities when applicable Representation is offered only to players who demonstrate strong potential, professionalism, and long-term commitment to development. If selected, Phoenix Football Consulting will contact the player and family directly to discuss next steps and representation structure. This program is highly selective and limited in capacity to maintain quality and personalized attention.
