Service Description

The International Player Identification Camp is a large-scale evaluation event designed to identify serious players for advanced development opportunities and potential international football experiences. Phoenix Football Consulting hosts International Player Identification Camps across Canada and Mexico, providing players with the opportunity to be evaluated within a professional and structured environment. Players will participate in organized training sessions and game scenarios led by Phoenix Football Consulting technical staff while being assessed on technical ability, decision-making, physical readiness, attitude, and overall football intelligence. This camp allows players to: • Be evaluated in a professional high-performance environment • Receive objective assessment and feedback • Be considered for Phoenix Football Consulting development programs • Be considered for international football pathway opportunities From each age group, a limited number of players may be identified and invited to participate in the Elite International Player Experience in Spain, a 10-day high-performance football experience within a professional European environment. Participation in the Identification Camp does not guarantee selection for international programs. Invitations are extended based on performance, readiness, and overall evaluation. International Player Identification Camps are held in both Canada and Mexico, allowing Phoenix Football Consulting to identify and develop players across multiple regions within its global pathway.
