Cancellation Policy

A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full due to reserved scheduling, preparation time, and limited availability. For player assessments and specialized services that include written reports, planning, or match observation, the service is considered in progress once preparation, analysis, or observation has begun. Payments for these services are non-refundable once the assessment process has started. Session location (field or gym) and final service details will be confirmed when required after booking. Please ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout so scheduling and communication can be completed efficiently. Phoenix Football Consulting reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to field availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete bookings, provide consent, sign required forms, and remain the primary contact for all services and communications.
